Black American Homeschools is a free directory. By using the site, you agree to the terms below.

Using the site

The directory, the funding guides, and every program page are free to browse, link to, and share. You may not scrape, republish, or resell the directory's content in bulk without asking us first.

Accuracy of listings

Program details, funding amounts, and eligibility rules are compiled from public sources and shown with the date each was verified, but they can change without notice — a program can close, a charter school can update its vendor list, or a subsidy can run out of funds. Always confirm cost, eligibility, and funding acceptance directly with the program before enrolling or relying on a specific number. Where we could not confirm something, including whether a program is Black-led, the listing says so rather than asserting a negative.

Submitting or claiming a listing

If you submit a program, claim an existing listing, or enquire about a featured placement, you're confirming the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge. We review submissions before they go live and may edit them for clarity or decline a listing that doesn't fit the directory.

Paid placement

Some pages carry paid placements, always labeled “Paid placement.” Paying for a placement never changes a program's position in the organic list or its Black-led status.

No liability

Black American Homeschools is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We aren't responsible for decisions made based on information found here, or for the actions, policies, or availability of any third-party program, school, or funding source listed.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site grows. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update. This isn't a substitute for legal advice about your own use of the site.
